3. Credits and Usage
Certain features of the platform may require credits.
- Credits may be consumed during content generation
- We reserve the right to modify credit systems at any time
- Abuse or excessive use of generation systems may result in restrictions
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Platform Ownership
All platform components are owned by TANGENT Educational Enrichment and Consultancy Services Ltd., including:
- software
- design
- workflows
- system architecture
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform.
4.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create.
You grant us a limited license to:
- store
- process
- display
- and generate outputs based on your content
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The platform generates educational content using automated systems.
We do not guarantee:
- accuracy
- completeness
- curriculum alignment
- suitability for any specific classroom
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
TANGENT Educational Enrichment and Consultancy Services Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- errors or omissions in generated content
- decisions or outcomes based on platform use
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted service
- error-free operation
We may:
- modify features
- suspend access
- perform maintenance at any time without notice
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- violate these Terms
- misuse the platform
- engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful behavior
10. Future Features
We may introduce new features, including:
- content sharing
- additional tools and applications
These features will be governed by these Terms unless stated otherwise.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica.
